translation will have no rhythm or nuance, which come from the process
of artistically thinking through and molding the sentences; they cannot
be reconstituted by piecemeal imitation. The problem of translation is
to retreat to a simpler tenor of one's own style and creatively adjust
this to one's author.

Pravni prevod se može definisati kao prevod informacija koje se odnose na zakon izvornog jezika na zakon ciljnog jezika. Uzimajući u obzir da poslovi ruše geografske granice u modernom vremenu postalo je neophodno da poslovi traže prevode pravnih dokumenta da bi mogli završiti pravne zahteve.
Generalno, pravni prevodioc mora da prevede dokumentaciju kao: presude suda, naredbe suda, molbe suda, ugovore zaposlenih, ugovore o prenosu vlasništva nad nekretninama, ugovore o iznajmljivanju, ugovore o brendu, ovlašćenja advokata, garancije, izvode iz matične knjige rođenih, smrtovnice, list venčanja, pogodbe o razvodu i razne druge ugovore o projektima. Pravni prevod zahteva veoma specijalizovano znanje i tekst ovakvih dokumenata je veoma precizan i ne sme biti dvosmislen. Pogrešan prevod pravnog dokumenta može prouzrokovati konfuziju, frustraciju, nepotrebno odlaganje i veliki trošak.
Legal translation can be defined as the translation of information related to law from source language to desired target language. Considering the businesses crossing various geographical boundaries in the modern times it has become necessity of these business to seek legal translation for completing legal formalities in different countries.
The legal translator generally has to translate information like: court rulings, court orders, court pleas, employment contracts, real estate conveyance deeds, lease documents, title documents, power of attorneys, warranties, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, divorce settlements and various types of project contracts.
Legal translation requires very specialist knowledge; the wording for this type of document is very exact and can have no ambiguity. Getting the translation of a legal document wrong can cause confusion, frustration, undue delay and a huge cost.
